Pro access: 1 year and 3 years are counted from launch day, 15.12.2026 (or from payment, if later). Lifetime means Pro at no extra charge for as long as we provide the Pro service. Founder status is permanent and does not end with a Pro period. Titanium “by arrangement” services: Arranged individually and by mutual agreement once your membership is active. Travel, accommodation, meals and other expenses are not included in the price unless RentYourTime confirms otherwise in writing.

What exactly do I pay for?+

A one-time payment — no subscription and no automatic renewal. You get a numbered Founder membership, the tier's perks and Pro: 12 months (Founder First, $50), 36 months (Founder Gold, $125) or Pro for life (Founder Black, $1,899; Founder Titanium Black, $5,000). Verified waitlist members get a one-time discount of 20% on Founder First, 10% on Founder Gold or 5% on Founder Black. The Founder sale closes at launch.

What does a numbered Founder status mean?+

Every purchase is assigned the next number in its tier — #001 upward. It's permanent, tied to your account, and shown on your badge in the client panel.

When do the Pro months start?+

It depends on the tier. Founder First (12 months) and Founder Gold (36 months) count their Pro time from launch day, 15.12.2026 — not from the day you pay — so buying early never shortens it. Pro is switched on as soon as your payment is confirmed, so it also covers early access before launch. Founder First and Founder Gold have no identity verification step. Founder Black and Founder Titanium Black require successful identity verification, which you complete after paying: your lifetime Pro is not active until the verification succeeds.

What happens when my Pro period ends?+

When the included Pro period ends, only the Pro features move to the Free plan, unless you choose to subscribe to Pro at the regular price. You stay a Founder: your Founder number, badge and the Founder benefits that don't depend on Pro (such as your Founder rank and Founder channels on Discord) remain. There is no ongoing or lifetime discount on Pro. Lifetime Pro (Founder Black and Founder Titanium Black) means Pro at no extra charge for as long as we provide the Pro service.

What happens when a tier sells out?+

It's gone permanently. We will never add more spots to a closed tier or re-issue those numbers.

Can I upgrade my tier later?+

No. Because numbers are sequential and spots are limited, tiers cannot be upgraded, downgraded or swapped. Each account can hold one Founder tier, and each purchase is for exactly one membership, so a second Founder tier can't be bought on the same account.

How do the Titanium Black kit delivery and week with the founder work?+

Both are services, not products shipped on their own. Arranged individually and by mutual agreement once your membership is active. Travel, accommodation, meals and other expenses are not included in the price unless RentYourTime confirms otherwise in writing.

How do I claim my Founder Black kit?+

After checkout, you'll receive a form in your client panel to provide your shipping address, shirt size, and name for the certificate.

Do you offer refunds?+

Consumers can withdraw within 14 days and get a refund as described in §11 of our Terms of Service. Personalised, numbered items of the Founder Black kit are excluded from withdrawal, and a Founder number is never reissued after a refund.
